The clubhouse may be rented by members for $159.00, after tax, plus a $50 deposit. If clubhouse is left in the same manner as found, the $50 deposit will be returned to the renter. Non-members may rent the clubhouse for $265, plus deposit with same conditions. Pool Rental is $132.50, for members and $212.00 for non-members. *IRS requires Tax added to rental fee.
