Benton Clubhouse

The clubhouse may be rented by members for $100, plus a $50 deposit.  If clubhouse is left in the same manner as found, the $50 deposit will be returned to the renter.  Non-members may rent the clubhouse for $200 plus deposit with same conditions. Pool Rental is $75 for members and $100 for non-members.
